Claudia Schneider-Esleben is the daughter of the German architect Paul-Schneider-Esleben and the sister of the singer of the band Kraftwerk.
In the 80ths she was one of the most important designers of the so called „New German Design”. Together with Michael Veith she founded the gallery „Möbel Perdu” in Hamburg.
The object „Stumme Dienerin” was only producded in a very small quantity; the shown sample is the prototype. Height ca. 170 cm
