At the end of the 20’s, the Tugendhat couple gave Mies van der Rohe the task of designing a villa in Brno (Brünn). Futhermore, there was no budget for the project – Mies van der Rohe enjoyed complete artistic freedom with regards to the architecture as well as the interior design. Thus, he was able to create a villa that could be described as a total work of art. In addition to the Tugenhat Chair (unfortunately discontinued by Knoll), he also designed the Brno-, for which flat steel was originally used as well. At Markanto, the Brno chair is also available in the classic model made of flat steel – other models (for example, circular tube, other types of leather or extra arm overlays) available on request. > Chrome plated flat steel frame, Velluto leather in black> Chrome plated flat steel frame, with cover in Tonus fabricMeasurements: 58 x 57 x 79 cm, seat height: 46 cmDelivery: Within Germany free-of-charge, approx. 4 weeks.
