Aino Aalto was the wife of Alvar Aalto as well as the manager of their company Artek. Due to the fact that many decisions were made together, it cannot be precisely determined, who designed some pieces. Her most well-known design is the Bölgeblick Glass Set from 1932, which was originally made of colored pressed glass. The ribs, incidentally, served to cover up quality defects in the production at the time.

At Markanto, the Bölgeblick Pitcher and matching glasses are available in 3 colors: clear, green or light blue. Please note that the glasses are always available as a set (2 glasses in one color); the price listed is per glass.
