In the mid-60's, the American Warren Platner developed a furniture collection for Knoll that was impressive, not just on account of its very elaborate assembly, but also due to the intended Moire-effect created by individually welded round steel bars. The collection, consisting of a dining table, side table, armchair, chair and stool was immediately a great success.

Construction: nickle-plated tubular steel bars (also available in bronze-metallic) with protective varnish, crystal glass tabletop 10 mm.
