Astep, Dänemark und Italien

Die Marke Astep ist ein Projekt von Alessandro Sarfatti, dem Sohn von Riccardo Sarfatti und Enkel von Gino Sarfatti. Sein Vater gründete die italienische Leuchtenmanufaktur Luceplan, sein Großvater ist der berühmte Leuchtenpionier und Gründer von Arteluce. Designklassiker und zeitgemäße Lichtinnovationen 

Im Fokus stehen dabei die Lichtklassiker von seinem Großvater Sarfatti und des italienischen Architekten Vittoriano Viganò aus den 1950er und 60er Jahren. Abgerundet wird das Sortiment durch aktuelle Entwürfe von Alfredo Häberli oder Francisco Gomez Paz. Gefertigt werden die Leuchten in Mailand (die Sarfatti Leuchten werden dabei teilweise von Flos für Astep produziert), der Firmensitz selbst befindet sich die Dänemark, dem heutigen Wohnort von Alessandro Sarfatti.
